- Designed to both correct pelvic asymmetries and accommodate fixed asymmetries on the spot with little or no customisations.
- Obliquity padding allows height adjustment of the support under the affected pelvis.
- Front thigh cubes can be used to correct pelvic rotation.
- Cushion surface can be adapted to help accommodate tight hamstrings either on one side only or on both sides.
- Has medium to high pressure relief for foam cushions.
- The Spex™ cushion can also be made with custom/bespoke elements such as leg length discrepancy cut-outs, additional contouring for adduction, abduction or both.
