INCENTRO SYSTEM - Optimal Patient Positioning
Intensive care patients need to be frequently repositioned by nursing staff as their body tends to slip towards the foot-end of the bed, with subsequent skin friction.
Patient repositioning operations take a considerable amount of time and physical effort from the medical staff and cause discomfort to the patient.
The combined back and pelvic adjustment nullifies horizontal forces, prevents slipping and keeps the body at a 30° angle, favouring spontaneous breathing.
LATERAL TILTING - Improved patient care and less fatigue in Healthcare Professionals
Lateral tilting of the mattress platform allows for a more ergonomic working platform for healthcare professionals. This way, nursing staff can operate on the patient without bending over, preventing injuries and reducing fatigue at work.
The lateral tilt adjustment can be activated from the touch screen control panel and the pushbutton panel on the side rails.
The lateral tilt function also allows various patient care operations to be carried out with the involvement of a single caregiver, thus rationalising the use of nursing staff resources.
PATIENT X-RAYS - Direct from the Bed
ARIA offers a wide area of radiotransparency for fluoroscopic examinations and the use of the most common C-arm equipment.
RADIOTRANSPARENCY
With a large radiotransparent area, ARIA beds are equipped for taking X-rays without having to remove the patient.
The radiotransparent plastic laminate backrest features a cassette for X-ray plates that allows X-ray examinations to be carried out on a bedridden patient.
