Projects by Aidacare - Vasey RSL Care Refurb

Aidacare recently had the pleasure of working in collaboration with Vasey RSL Care to enhance and upgrade the seating options at their facility. 

Vasey RSL Care’s facility manager initially contacted the Aidacare Projects team, having already worked together in the past with some of its furniture projects. This was a detailed process to ensure the best outcome for the residents of the facility, which supports veterans and their families. 

The Aidacare Projects team worked closely with the Vasey RSL Care team to ensure that the furniture selected matched the existing décor of the four sitting areas earmarked for seating upgrades. The comfort levels for the residents and their guests and being suitable for a care facility were also of utmost importance during the seat selection process.

The Aidacare Projects team undertook an extensive colour-matching process in conjunction with the Vasey RSL Care team. Both parties used a wide variety of colour palettes, which was especially satisfying for the residents who made their feelings toward different colours known! 

The result for Vasey RSL Care has been outstanding for both the residents and staff of the facility and the Aidacare Staff members who assisted in this process. A long-term resident has fully embraced the new fitout. ‘The seats we had in here previously were pretty comfortable I thought, but now these new seats make the old ones seem like sitting on concrete! They have done a terrific job, the staff here and the Aidacare staff. A great job all around.
